He detailed the job, the available product and its soil composition, offered examples of his work and references. He effectively marketed the expected quality of his work and its outcome. During the installation he worked along-side of his help and provided active supervision. The job was completed on-time, as promised, and in a manner that easily warrants a five star performance.
